Brand Strategist

We start every brand with the human behind the business: their goals, audience, market and the emotion the brand should evoke. As Brand Strategist you'll lead that work, from research and workshops to the positioning and the brief that guide the creative.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery: client workshops, audience and competitor research
- Write brand positioning, architecture, voice and messaging
- Turn strategy into clear creative briefs
- Plan launches and campaigns with the creative and performance teams
- Present strategy to clients and keep it consistent as the brand grows
Required qualifications
- A track record of brand strategy or planning work
- Clear, persuasive writing in English
- Comfortable leading workshops with founders and leadership teams
Preferred skills
- Agency experience in retail, automotive or hospitality
- Research and social listening tools
- Malayalam
